The Changing Faces Of Love
- Pratik Kattel (Bhojraj Kattel)
In this modern age of fleeting dreams,
Love’s mystery unfolds in scattered beams.
Girls chase wealth, boys chase desire,
Fashion morphs, traditions bend,
Shorter skirts, trends that never end.
In the name of style, we shed the past,
Heading towards a change too fast.
Boys seek pleasure, girls seek gold,
In this dance, hearts grow cold.
Few remain with love that’s true,
In a world where sincerity is but a few.
We wander through this modern maze,
Blinded by the fleeting craze.
Yet somewhere in the noise and haste,
Lies a love that's pure, untainted, chaste.
A love that seeks not wealth nor lust,
But in each other, finds deep trust.
In the shadows of a changing age,
True love writes an eternal page.
But as we drift from yesteryears,
Embracing styles that draw us near,
Will we find in time’s swift pace,
A return to simpler, truer grace?
The mystery of love, so deep, profound,
In the heart’s true echo, it’s still found.
In the whispers of a timeless lore,
Love remains, forever more.
This poem talks about how love has changed in today's world. It shows how many people now chase money and pleasure, but true love still exists for some. It highlights how fashion and traditions are changing quickly, but real love, based on trust and honesty, remains timeless.
